These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. a) Governing Law: These Terms and any Claim shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangalore, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
b) Negotiation: In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the dispute before resorting to any other dispute resolution process.
c) Arbitration: If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiation, any Claim shall be finally and exclusively resolved by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration institution in Bangalore, India. The arbitrator’s award shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language. The prevailing party in any arbitration shall be entitled to an award of reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, in addition to any relief granted by the arbitrator.
- Limitation on Time to File Claims
Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues, otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.
- Electronic Communications
When you visit DebugPointer.com or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on the Service.
